How to get Xink manually synchronize signature templates

This article is intended for troubleshooting purposes and mainly checking if the end user's Xink client is working properly and synchronizing signature templates from Xink portal.

Xink Client for windows

Click 'Update now' within the Xink client.

Xink App for Mac

Click 'Update signatures' within the Xink app.
