1. Check if third-party cookies or all cookies are blocked in your Google Chrome or the browser you are using.
a. Open Chrome.
b. At the top right, click Settings.
c. Click Security and PrivacySite SettingsCookies and other site data.
b. Make sure the below settings are disabled
2. If you are using VPN, disconnect and try to reload the Xink website. If the chat bubble displays okay, you have to contact your VPN provider/support to get assistance.
