Are email signatures visible as users compose their emails?

Short answer:
Yes. Email signatures are visible while composing emails when using the Outlook Add-in or Google Workspace integration.

How it works

When using client-side integrations, the signature is inserted directly into the email editor. This allows users to:

• See their signature while writing the email
• Select between multiple signatures (if available)
• Make changes before sending

When signatures are not visible

If you are using the server-side (rerouting) setup, the signature is added after the email is sent.

• The signature is not visible during composition
• Recipients will still see the signature correctly
• The signature appears in the Sent Items after sending
