Is Xink Cloud HIPAA Compliant?

By nature Xink is a cloud solution that offers companies to keep a consistent and compliant email signature with company logo etc and at the same time use it for campaigns, disclaimers etc.

We don’t transmit, hold or serve any kind of PHI whatsoever. We hold the employee information that the companies using our product wants us to hold such as employee name, job title, telephone number etc. We don’t hold any information like social security numbers and nor do we have access to this information at all. There is no way we can have this information, nor it is possible for us to store it.

But essentially when we do not hold any PHI data of transmit those we don’t need any HIPAA compliance.
