Step 1: Insert the QR image field into the template
Log in to your Xink Admin Portal.
Go to the SIGNATURES menu > Click the template to edit.
Click the Fields menu and select vCardQR.
Resize or position the QR image as needed in the template layout.
Click the QR image, then the link button (in the menu), and copy/paste ((vCardDownloadLink)) to add the vCard for desktop.
You’ve now updated the template with each employee’s QR code.
Step 2: Preview the generated QR codes for Employees
Navigate to the Preview tab.
Select/search an employee from the list.
Test on iPhone and Android to confirm compatibility.
Click OK to Save.
Repeat for each employee who should have a QR code.
Step 3: How QR Codes Work for Recipients
Once the QR code is in place:
Recipients can scan the QR code directly from your email signature.
Their smartphone will automatically open the Contacts app.
