How to multi-select employees and place them in a specific folder.

Select the employees you want to be placed in a specific folder, you can also click on the top box if you want to select all employees. 

After you have selected the employees, click on the drop-down arrow and select Add to Folder.

Then, select the folder name where you want to move the selected employees and click Done.

You will now see that the employees you have previously selected are now moved to the chosen folder.
