Recipient email rules

Recipient email rules are criteria enabling you to segment email signatures based on the recipient's email.

  • Automatically change the email signature when sending internally.
  • Automatically encrypt emails sent to specific companies.
  • Automatically promote events to specific companies, countries or regions.

For example, you can easily create an email signature for internal emails or segment campaigns for specific companies.

The order of the rules matters. The first time a rule is met, it stops and does not look for other rules for the same segment. You can sort the order of the rules by dragging the 3 bars with your mouse.

Version 4.0.3 or higher

The Recipient email rule applies to manifest version 4.0.3 or higher.

Limitations in the Microsoft API

The Recipient email rule applies to the 1st email.
Outlook for iOS/Android does not support the Recipient email rule.
