This is a feature that was specifically developed for Law Firms or Companies with Secretaries or Personal and Email Assistants.
You will find two Shared Signature Options in your Xink account Preferences.
Go to Xink Portal, then go to Preferences, select the General tab, select Preferences on the lower-left area and you will see the Shared Signature Mode. From here, you can choose your preferred mode from the drop-down list:
- Share the default signature from the other user
- Double your own default signature and add another employee’s details to it
You will also notice a tick box below called 'Shared employee selected by default', this is a new feature that enables you to ''Force'' select ALL the employees intended for the shared signature. Only Place a Checkmark if you want to save time from selecting the employees one by one from the Xink Client. Then, click Save to apply this setting.
