Out-Of-Office messages are not being delivered to Gmail, Hotmail and Yahoo email recipients

This is an issue related to autoreply messages not being received by Gmail, Hotmail, and Yahoo email recipients. Xink rerouting cannot process Out-Of-Office emails that are directed to free email providers. To resolve this issue, a new Microsoft 365 transport rule must be created to exclude these emails.

Go to your Exchange Admin portal.

Click Mail Flow > Rules and Add a rule

Set the conditions with the below details. You can add more email domain as needed.

Use the header called 'x-xink-handled'

Enable the rule and set the priority to 0.
