Autoreply messages are not being delivered to email recipients

This is an issue related to autoreply messages not being received by email recipients when Xink server-side is enabled. 

Explanation: Microsoft no longer supports Autoreplies when a forwarding rule exists. See related Microsoft article.

To resolve this issue, a new Microsoft 365 transport rule must be created to exclude Out-Of-Office emails.

Go to your Exchange Admin portal.

Click Mail Flow > Rules and Add a rule

Set the conditions with the below details:

1. Apply the rule only when message type is 'OOF'

2. Add the action to set the header called 'x-xink-handled' value to 'yes'

Enable the rule and set the priority to 0.
