Stop Classic Outlook (Windows) from changing the font for hyperlinks

This applies specifically to Classic Outlook.

You designed and created your template to use, e.g. Arial font.
But when you click and create a new email, all the text links show in Calibri font instead.
I spent hours trying to fix the template but had no luck.
I finally found the solution to this frustrating Microsoft bug – Hurray! :)
