Please refer to this guide from Google first and ensure that you already have your photo images uploaded to your Google Directory. Remember to make sure that the images you upload have the same height and width.
Once this is done, please check that your Google Directory integration has been enabled.
If it's already enabled, verify that the photo field is present and is using the property name from your Google directory where the photo is stored as shown below so that it will automatically synchronize over to the Xink Portal. Don't forget to Save.
Note: It may take for up to 2 hours to fully synchronize from Gsuite
