Do we need to install anything on our Exchange Server?

If you want to update Outlook (Win/Mac/Citrix/RDS), then you don't need to install anything on your Exchange Server.

Only If you need to update OWA/Mobile, you need to installation on your Exchange Server.
This connects to the SQL database containing the signatures (sync’ed from Xink).
The gateway solution is safe to install and has been maintained and developed since 2009.
