Stop Outlook on Windows from changing the font for hyperlinks

You designed and created your template to use, e.g. Arial font.
But when you click and create a new email, all the text links show in Calibri font.

I spent hours trying to fix the template but had no luck.
I finally found the solution to this ignoring Microsoft bug - Hurray! :)
