Short answer:
You can place an Xink campaign anywhere in your email signature by inserting the campaign field ((campaign:id)) in the signature template. You can also use it ((disclaimer:id)) when working with disclaimers and campaign rules.
You can place one or multiple campaigns anywhere in your email signature—not just at the bottom.
To do this, insert a campaign field in your signature using the campaign ID:
((campaign:id))
How to insert a campaign in your signature
- Go to the CAMPAIGNS menu and open your campaign.
- Locate the Campaign # (ID) in the right-hand panel.
- Copy the ID (for example, 4652).
- Insert it into the field format:
((campaign:4652))

Then open your email signature template and paste the campaign field where you want the campaign to appear.

Preview your signature to confirm the campaign appears in the correct position.

Important
The campaign field only works for active campaigns. Make sure the campaign is enabled before adding it to your signature.
Campaign rules will override manual campaign placement.
Use a disclaimer with campaign rules
You can also use a disclaimer field for additional flexibility when working with campaign rules.
((disclaimer:id))
How to add a disclaimer
- Create your disclaimer in the CAMPAIGNS menu.
- Copy the campaign field format:
((campaign:id)) - Paste it into your signature template.
- Change campaign to disclaimer:
((disclaimer:id))
Once added, rule-based campaigns will appear above the disclaimer in your signature.
