Use email signature campaigns to promote social media, events, deals, or marketing content in every employee's email.
In the CAMPAIGNS menu, click '+' to add a new campaign:
In the built-in editor, you can upload a banner, add links, or paste HTML directly from your designer.
- Priority is used when multiple campaigns are active at the same time.
This is useful if you're running a short-term marketing promo alongside an ongoing campaign like social media branding.
The campaign with Priority #1 will appear before one with Priority #2, and so on.
You can run multiple campaigns, but we recommend limiting calls to action to avoid clutter. - Notes are visible only to Xink Marketing admins. They’re for internal documentation and do not affect the signature's appearance.
To insert a hyperlink, click the infinity link icon in the toolbar and paste the link from the browser to ensure the correct link:

You can personalize campaigns using fields such as ((Department))
.
Since the Fields menu is unavailable in the campaign editor, manually type the field name. To avoid typos, copy it from the Signatures designer where fields are listed.
