How to Set Individual Email Signatures for Employees

Use individual employee settings when assigning a specific email signature to just one person or a small group—without setting up a dedicated rule. This is ideal for exceptions to your company's default or group rules, such as for executives, legal disclaimers, or special roles.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to the Employees menu.
  2. Click the name of the employee who needs a customized signature setup.
  3. Select Individual settings.

  1. Choose from the following options:
    • Default: Overrides both company default and group settings.
    • Reply/Forward: Overrides default and rule settings for replies and forwarded emails.
    • Optional (unchecked): If left unselected, the employee will receive optional email signatures from either the group or company default settings.
