Email Signature HTML Conversion Service

Short answer:
We convert your email signature design into clean, compatible HTML and upload it to your Xink account—ready to use across all email clients.

We help you turn your email signature design into HTML for optimal deliverability, compatibility, and visual consistency across all devices.

Why use this service?

A professional email signature must do more than look good—it needs to work reliably across all email clients.

Poorly coded signatures can break in Outlook, display incorrectly on mobile devices, or negatively impact email deliverability.

With Xink’s design conversion service, you can:

  • Ensure consistent rendering across desktop, web, and mobile email clients
  • Improve deliverability with clean, standards-compliant HTML
  • Maintain brand consistency in every email sent

When is this service right for you?

This service is a good fit if:

  • You are an Xink customer
  • You do not have a signature that renders correctly across all platforms
  • You have received a design as an image (PNG, JPG, or PDF)
  • You have logos and icons ready in the correct dimensions
  • Your images are prepared in 220 PPI (Why this matters)
  • The Xink designer or templates do not meet your requirements

Note: This is a conversion service—not a design service. All visual assets must be finalized before submission.

Where will it work?

Your signature is built for compatibility with:

  • Desktop email clients (Outlook, Apple Mail)
  • Web clients (Outlook Web, Gmail)
  • Mobile devices (iPhone Mail, Android email apps)

What’s included?

  • Conversion of your image-based design into HTML
  • Upload and setup in your Xink account
  • Guidance on how to preview, test, and deploy your signature

Important: Logos and graphical elements are not modified as part of this service.
