Only the default signature in Xink is synced to Gmail. Ensure a default signature is assigned in Xink for each user.
Only the default signature in Xink is applied as the Gmail signature.
The default signature must be assigned in the Xink portal. This can be done in one of the following ways:
- Set as a company default
- Assigned using rules (e.g., based on groups or conditions)
- Assigned individually to each employee
Note
If no default signature is assigned, no signature will appear in Gmail.
