Summary
Use individual employee settings when certain employees need signature rules that differ from your company default or group settings. This is especially useful for executives or special departments.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Go to the Employees menu.
- Click the name of the employee who needs a customized signature setup.
- Select Individual settings.
- Choose from the following options:
- Default: Overrides both company default and group settings.
- Reply/Forward: Overrides default and rule settings for replies and forwarded emails.
- Optional (unchecked): If left unselected, the employee will receive optional email signatures from either the group or company default settings.
