• You don’t have a signature that renders correctly across all platforms.
• You’ve received a new email signature design as an image (e.g., PNG or JPG).
• You already have icon and logo files in the correct dimensions (height/width).
• Your images are saved in 220 PPI resolution (Why this matters).
• The built-in templates or signature designer in Xink don’t meet your needs.

Note: We’re not a design agency. We do not offer graphic design services. Please ensure your logos and assets are already sized, cropped, and optimized.

How to Get Started

1. Create a support ticket:
   https://support.xink.io/support/tickets/new
   Select "Design and signature template" or "Campaigns" as the topic.
2. Include your Xink account name or the email address you use to log in.
3. Attach your design as a .PNG, .JPG, or .PDF. (We do not accept AI or vector files.)
4. Send all icons/images used in the correct dimensions and 220 PPI resolution.
   Formats accepted: PNG, JPG. Read more here.
5. Specify your desired font type, size, and color (hex code).
   If you use a custom font, include appropriate fallback fonts.
6. List all static text and hyperlinks you want included.

This way, we know exactly how you and your designer want your email signature to look.
