Classic Outlook: No Signature with Send To Feature

Short answer:
In Classic Outlook, emails created using Send to (from other Office apps) do not include signatures. This is a limitation in Outlook and is not controlled by Xink.

Summary: When using the Send to feature from applications like Word or Excel, the email is generated outside the normal Outlook editor. As a result, the default email signature is not applied.

In the Office package, select Send to, then choose Outlook as the email client. However, in Classic Outlook, these emails are created outside the standard compose window, so signatures are not inserted.

This behavior is a known limitation in Outlook and is not supported by Xink.
