This guide explains how to test your Xink email signature using the native Mail app on Android.
It only applies after you have completed the Server-Side (Rerouting) configuration.
With server-side signatures, the signature is added when the email is sent.
Because of this, the signature is not visible while composing the email. It will only appear in the email received by the recipient.
Test using the Android Mail app
- Set up your Microsoft 365 email account in the Mail app on your Android device.
Learn how to set up your Microsoft 365 email account. - Open the Mail app settings and edit your email signature.
- Enter the following placeholder in the signature field:
{EMAILSIGNATURE} - Send a test email. When the email is processed, Xink will automatically replace {EMAILSIGNATURE} with the user's default signature.
