This guide is only applicable after you complete the Server-Side (Rerouting) setup.
The email signature is applied when the email is sent.
It's visible to recipients - Not visible as the email is composed.
Default Mail app for Android
- You need to set up your Microsoft 365 email account into the Mail app on Android device
- Test your Xink Signature. (proceed below)
You MUST write this text string in upper case {EMAILSIGNATURE} in the signature field, and Xink will replace it with the user's default signature.
Message preview before sending - Where {EMAILSIGNATURE} is the default signature (Default is OK)
Finally, this is how it looks on the recipient's end - Where "Get Outlook for Android" was replaced by the user's default signature.
