Step 1: Invite users
Go to the Employees menu, click the gear icon, and select Send Invitation Email:

Each user receives an invitation email from your Xink administrator (sender: @xink.io).
The email includes a download link for the Xink Client App and a unique access code.

Step 2: Install the Xink app for macOS
Download the installer, drag it into your Applications folder, then double-click to launch.
The app appears in the menu bar with the Xink logo.

Step 3: Enter access code
Click the Xink icon and select Enter access code to connect the app.
The icon turns white when connected. If it is red, the app is not connected.
Under Preferences, uncheck I’m using iCloud Drive if not applicable. Leave it enabled if your environment uses iCloud.
Step 4: Update signatures
When updates are available, click the Xink icon and select Update signatures.

Important: Apple Mail must be closed during the update.
Note: You may encounter this error during update: "The operation could not be completed".
Step 5: Assign signatures in Apple Mail
Go to Mail > Preferences > Signatures.
Xink signatures are stored under All Signatures.
Before update
Drag the signature from All Signatures to your email account (e.g. Microsoft 365).
If Delete all existing email signatures is enabled in Xink, users must reassign signatures manually.
After update
Step 6: Set default signature
In Mail > Preferences > Signatures, select your account and assign the default signature.
Compose a new email to confirm the correct signature appears.
