Before you begin
Make sure the correct primary contact is set. This email will receive the approval request.
- Verify the primary contact email in both the client and partner account:
In the Xink account, go to Preferences > Subscription:
- Create an admin user using the same primary contact email:
Go to Admins (top-right corner) and add a new admin (any role will do).
You are now ready to request the account transfer.

- Contact Xink Support
Email us or submit a support ticket to start the transfer. - Approval request sent
The client (primary contact) receives an approval email. - Partner notification
The partner (primary contact) receives a pending status notification. - Account appears (limited access)
The account is visible in Managed Accounts, but impersonation is not yet available. - Client approval
The client (primary contact) approves the request. - Final confirmation
The partner receives a confirmation email. - Access granted
The account is now fully available in Managed Accounts, including impersonation access.
Result
The client account is now successfully managed under your partner login.
