Short answer:
If Gmail signatures are not updating for some users, check that “No signature” is not selected in Gmail settings.
If some Gmail users do not receive their company email signature, it is often because No signature is selected in their Gmail settings.
How to fix
Ask the user to check their Gmail settings:
- Click the Settings icon (gear in the top-right corner)
- Ensure that a signature is selected (not No signature)

Ensure the correct signature is selected for both new emails and replies/forwards in Gmail settings.
