Email signature marketing is one of the most effective ways to reach customers—every email becomes a branding opportunity. But like any marketing effort, performance must be measured. That’s where Xink Campaign analytics comes in.
Use built-in analytics to track campaign views, clicks, and employee performance. You can also integrate Google Analytics with your Xink campaigns for deeper insights.
Campaign Click Performance
- Campaigns: Number of active campaigns in a selected time frame.
- Click-throughs (CT): Number of times a campaign was clicked, sending traffic to your site.
- Opens: Number of times the campaign was viewed (including forwards and replies).
- Click-through rate (CTR): Calculated as clicks divided by views.
CTR benchmarks: 1% = good, 5% = excellent, <0.5% = consider improving your call-to-action (CTA).
Below the graph, view your Top 5 performing campaigns and Top 5 employee senders based on click performance.
Top-performing campaigns are those with the highest click rates.
Top-performing senders are employees whose emails generated the most campaign clicks.

Email Statistics: Understand Your Audience
Discover which email clients your audience uses and where your emails are opened. These insights help you optimize both campaign design and general email layout.
- If only 20% of recipients use mobile, you may prioritize desktop layouts.
- If over 50% use mobile, optimize campaigns for a 320px mobile-friendly width.
Note: Email stats are collected only from emails with an active Xink campaign.
Exclude Internal Traffic from Analytics
Filter out your company’s IP addresses to exclude internal email traffic and ensure campaign metrics only reflect external engagement.
