How do I know if it works?

To see it work, just log on with your business
Gmail and click 'compose' to compose a new email. You will see the email signature immediately or , if you just created the signature assignment, you may need to wait 20 minutes for the next update to occur

How to fix if the email signature is not updated

If your signature does not show after 20 minutes when composing an email, then it is most likely related to a browser cache issue.
Please try in another browser to see if your signature appears here. It updates on a 20 minute Schedule so you might need to wait for the next update.

Make sure that you have selected a signature as your default signature in Xink. If no signature is set as the default, no signature will appear.

Only users users who belong to the same domain as your super Admin email will get their email signature updated.
So if your super Admin email is superadmin@company.com it will only update email addresses ending with @company.com.

If these attempts fail, please contact the help desk and raise a support ticket.
