Users with access to shared mailboxes like accounting@, support@ etc. can get a special email signature when using the shared mailbox.
There are two methods available.
Method #1: This method is often used when the shared mailbox is used only a few times per day
- Assign the email signature as Option to the user or a group of users (Learn how).
- The user right click the default email signature in Outlook (desktop):

Method #2: This method is often used when the shared mailbox is used many times per day
Employees menu > Click the employee and select 'Do not change':
Then the user will not get default email signature set and the Xink App will not overwrite user selection.
