This guide will explain how to send invitation email to Mac users to update their email signatures.
Xink is ready for:
- MAC OSX 10.9, 10.10, 10.13
- High Sierra
- El Capitan
- Outlook 2011 or 2014 or 2016
- Apple Mail

How to select multiple employees in one go:
The employee will receive an email from you (their Xink account administrator).
You will be taken to your personal page where you can download the Xink app for Windows and Mac and retrieve your unique access code.
This access code is unique for each employee and it is used to receive signature updates from Xink portal.
InstallationOpen the file you downloaded "Xink.zip" to start the installation, If you receive the warning below just enter your computer password and select always allow.
If your Mac keeps asking for the login keychain password: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201609
Xink icon will appear in the menu bar if the installation is completed.
Enter user's access code if you needed and select "update all signature"
Lastly go to Outlook > Presences > Signatures and set the default or reply/forwards signature.
