This guide will explain how to send invitation email to Mac users to update their email signatures.
Xink is ready for:
- MAC OSX 10.9, 10.10, 10.13
- High Sierra
- El Capitan
- Outlook 2011 or 2014 or 2016
- Apple Mail
How to invite employeesEmployees menu > Find the user and click the gear wheel and select Send Invitation Email':
How to select multiple employees in one go:
The employee will receive an email from you (their Xink account administrator).
You will be taken to your personal page where you can download the Xink app for Windows and Mac and retrieve your access code.
Please note the access code is unique for each employee and it is used to receive company email signature updates from Xink.
Installation1. If mac user received this prompt "Xink App can't be opened because its from unidentified developer". You need to allow the installation.
2. Go to System Preferences > Security and Privacy > General tab and select "Open Anyway"
3. Once the App was installed, find the Xink icon and select enter access code now Copy/paste your access code into the form.
You will receive this confirmation that your Outlook signature has been updated.
Lastly go to Outlook > Presences > Signatures and set the default or reply/forwards signature.
