Adding Enployees to folders via rules on groups (from ad)
It would be beneficial to be able to control users attachments to folders via rules, so this could be automated.
It helps with managing locations, departments and other affiliations across multiple company locations.
It also lowers the risk of errors in data, as this would be automatically updated from rules with - in my case - data from the AD which is always up to date. For instance if people change jobs, end affiliation with the company, new employments etc.
