Send a notification to admin if scheduled AD synch is not running

Please send a notification to admin if scheduled AD synch is not running for a day or two. This will indicate that synch is probably failing due to misconfigured synch settings. 
Right now there it is not possible to know it fails, besides looking at last timestamp in the Xink Dashboard. 
Maybe the timestamp should simply turn red if its more than 24 hours old??
