We would like to suggest that there be a link within Outlook to update Contact Details associated with the Xink Desktop client. Our users have voiced that they don't like needing to go into the system tray to change contact fields.
Installing an Outlook plugin changes the native Outlook behavior, and it's against our strategy to deploy with 0-footprint on Outlook (No Risk!).
I quickly looked at your account settings...
You allow the end-users to update one field (Signature Name) in the Xink client.
Instead of asking the end users to update in the Xink client, you can assign the Employees Administrator role to your help desk.
Then your help desk can update upon request.
