Add default signature to mail generated direct from applications like excel
If an excel document is directly sent thrue email, the default signature is not displayed. The only solution is to select it manual.
We think that opening a new mail from excel is going a different route than opening the classic way thrue outlook itself.
Is it possible to implement this so when a mail is created out of an application is displaying the default signature imidiatly?
You must send the email via Outlook to get an email signature applied.
This is by Microsoft design and and only Microsoft can change this behavior.
