Mail recall is not working
Mail recall is not working in office365, we are using XINK connector to apply signature for all mails.
i had tried to exclude from connector however its not working. can you check and do the needful for recall issue.

As far as I remember it has been a 'hit or miss' feature.
Things to remember when using recall messages.
- Recall message exclusively works for Outlook on Windows Only
- Message recipient must be a Microsoft 365 or exchange hosted only
- It will not work if the message has been read by the recipient.

Hi Jay,
Are you saying, is it Microsoft issue not Xink related? if it is then how come recall is working when i am doing testing with XINK disabled/excluded users.
