Symptom


After the Xink App have updated email signatures in Outlook for the first time, recipients may not see the image/logo.

Instead image/logo show as Red X in recipient inbox.


Resolution


Close Outlook and re-open Outlook. 


This will enable image/logo to be shown in recipients inbox.  
No need to insert image again or make changes to your design.

Follow this Microsoft KB - Or raise a support ticket and provide the  following information:

  • Which staff member is sending email with a Red X instead of the image?
  • Which Outlook version is the staff member using?
  • Which Xink App version is the staff member using? (Click the Xink logo)
