After the Xink App have updated email signatures in Outlook for the first time, recipients may not see the image/logo.
Instead image/logo show as Red X in recipient inbox.
Close Outlook and re-open Outlook.
This will enable image/logo to be shown in recipients inbox.
Still an issue?
Follow this Microsoft KB - Or raise a support ticket and provide the following information:
- Which staff member is sending email with a Red X instead of the image?
- Which Outlook version is the staff member using?
- Which Xink App version is the staff member using? (Click the Xink logo)
