- Exact description of what you have done
- Exact description of what makes you conclude that "it does not work".
- Windows version if it is app issues
- App version if it is app issues
- Tell us if you have installed the app via a direct install (by invitation email) or by msi rollout with certificate
- Any other information that could be useful to us.
Please do not just create a support ticket with the text "I tried to install the app but it does not work". We do not have a fair chance to help you, so please supply as much information as possible prior to you request.
